REPORTS

*) Uncertainties: Glen reviewed the uncertainties.  The statistical 
uncertainties from are 6.7% and 11.7%, while the systematics are 5.1% 
and 7.5%, assuming a 2% kinematic uncertainty, which is probably an 
underestimate.  DO NOT treat these numbers as final.

*) paper: Goal is to get rough draft to analysis group on Monday and to 
wider collaboration on Wednesday.

*) uncertainties of dilution factor for Q2=1: Concern is what is the 
uncertainty in the d.f. for stick 3.  Agreed that Paul should calculate 
path lengths for different target rotation, and then Hongguo can 
calculate how much the dilution factor varies for the different path 
lengths.

*) kinematic uncertainties:  Hongguo has completed some of the 
derivatives.  They are roughly 0.2%/MeV in beam energy and scattering 
electron energy and 10%/degree in scattering angle.  Needs to complete 
simulations ofr Q2=0.5.  We need to make some progress on ypos as well.

*) Gen: Hongguo needs to develop tools to do full acceptance averaging 
to extract Gen.
