MM's   Gen-Pages  Version II  (Version I is still available)

During the last months, I've studied the effects of large vertical beam offests and the Gen target magnetic field on the optics of the electron arm (HMS). Based on these I've developed a program package for the simulation of the electron arm as well as for the reconstruction including both of these effects. The new reconstruction still makes use of a standard HMS reconstruction function treating the beam offset and the target field as a correction.
